1. Pledge Amount
Famous Websites plans to donate €30,000 to the Clinical Studies Fund, managed by ECVIM‑CA.
2. When the Donation Will Be Sent
The donation will be sent within 28 days after Famous Websites has received the full and final payment for invoice ECVIM_AVDBL_ND_01 (dated 18 December 2022).
3. Exchange Rate and Sterling Limit (Easy Explanation)
To keep things predictable: the donation is based on a sterling value of £26,467.05 (this used the exchange rate on 20 Nov 2025).
• If £26,467.05 converts to €30,000 or more on the day of transfer, the full €30,000 will be sent.
• If £26,467.05 converts to less than €30,000 on the day of transfer, we will send the euro amount equal to £26,467.05 at that day’s rate. As soon as this payment has left the Famous Websites bank account, the pledge is considered fulfilled.
4. Bank Fees
If any bank charges are deducted on receipt and reduce the amount the Fund receives, we kindly ask ECVIM‑CA to cover those receiving fees so the Clinical Studies Fund gets the full intended amount.
5. Withdrawl
Famous Websites reserves the right to withdraw or amend this pledge if required by circumstances beyond its control.
Plain English summary: We will only send the donation after the named invoice has been fully paid. We’ve fixed the sterling value so it is predictable for all concerned; the euro amount will be adjusted only if exchange rates make that necessary.
